Custom Art
Can you design me a custom pattern?
I’d love to hear about your project. Send me some more information via my contact form describing what you’re interested in me creating for you, and I’ll let you know if that’s something I’m able to do. My prices for custom designs vary based on sales volume and design complexity.
Do you offer commissions?
Commissions are currently closed.
Art Use
Can I use your artwork on my social media to promote my brand or store?
You’ll need a commercial license. Check my Creative Market shop to see if it’s available for instant download. If not, send me a request via my contact form.
Can I use your artwork or character on a product I want to sell?
I offer commercial licensing for my repeating patterns and surface design. Check out my licensing page for more information.
My characters (Seedlings, Bunny Fangs, etc.) can be used for official collaborations with a commercial license. To learn more about the process check out my Collaborations page here.
Can I create files of your characters to sell?
No. I reserve all rights to my characters and artwork and don’t give consent to other artists creating digital files of my intellectual property intended for sale. This includes any sort of files to be used in creation of appliqués, fabric, or any other use.
Can I draw fanart of one of your characters?
Sure! :) Feel free to post anywhere you want. I just ask you give me credit for the original design and tag my account. Send me a link if you want me to see it (IG doesn’t notify me sometimes even if I’m tagged), and I’ll share it.
Can I repost your artwork or comic?
Sure! Just be sure to give me proper credit and tag me if I’m on whatever platform you post on. Don’t remove my watermark or signature. That way people can find me if they want to see more of my work.
Spoonflower
Can you make me a custom colorway or match a color?
Yes. Send me a request through my contact form. Simple recoloring is free, and complex, multi-color recoloring is $30.
Note: anything printed may suffer color variation based on the material and the printing profiles used, so I can color match anything, but the end product might not be 100% exact a match.
Can you resize a pattern on Spoonflower for me?
Yes, I offer free pattern resizing. Just send me a request through my contact form with a link to the pattern listing you’re interested and resizing information. You can also tell me what you intend to use the pattern for, which will help me figure out how big to make the repeat if you’re not sure of an exact motif size.
Can I use your fabric/wallpaper to make something I intend to sell?
Sure! I also love seeing what my designs end up being, so feel free to send me a link or images through my email.
AI
Do you use generative AI?
Nope! All artwork is thought up and drawn by me. I don’t support the use of unethical generative AI, as it steals from artists who did not give their consent for their artwork to be used in AI training.
Can I use your artwork as a prompt for generative AI?
No. I do not give consent for my artwork to be used in training for generative AI.
Equipment
What software/tools do you use?
I mostly use Photoshop on desktop with a Wacom Intuos 3. Sometimes I use Fresco on my iPad, mostly for sketching. I animate by just drawing the frames in Photoshop. I also use After Effects and Premier Pro.
If I’m sketching on paper, I just like using a regular ballpoint pen on whatever sketchbook I’m currently using. I’m not picky on what sort of paper I use.
For music, I compose everything in GarageBand.
